Andy and had worked together when he was at AFP/AFX and then ThomsonReuters.  We had exchanged so many phone calls and e-mails but never met.  I went to our London office to train a new person and finally got to meet Andy in person.  He got out the tea and told me that they only get out the chocolate biscuits when there is someone special is coming...I got chocolate biscuits! (I'm from Arizona so this was new to me).

I will never forget his kindness and his ideas on how to solve problems. 

Andy will be missed.  I know he's getting chocolate biscuits wherever he goes.
